Saylor’s Obsession with Bitcoin Is Fascinating

SOURCED

If there's one guy that has my utmost respect it's Micheal Saylor.

The man is simply not slowing down. The minute you see him get a capital raise, just give it a second you'll see another Bitcoin purchase incoming. It has become too predictable at this point.

When I watch the man, I see how he's been able to turn Bitcoin into more than an asset for his Micro Strategy company, it’s now his personal crusade. He virtually preaches Bitcoin.

So while people collect art, Saylor collects Bitcoin, guy is a legend and you just have to accept it.

It’s not just about stacking more BTC though, he's actively shaping the narrative, lobbying the U.S government to buy up 25% of the total supply of Bitcoin.

With the future that most experts predict, of the U.S follows Saylor's advice, that's going to be a huge asset for the entire country.

So I don't see it as a casual suggestion, I see it as a move that could redefine global finance.

But do you think the government will listen to Saylor. I doubt it. Bureaucracy moves slow, and Bitcoin moves fast, so they might just miss the chance.

The thing that impresses me about Saylor is how much conviction he has in the coin. Most investors hedge their bets but not this man.

He’s putting all his eggs in one basket and he's even doing it when the market is down, shaky and volatile. Strategy’s latest BTC purchase was relatively small as compared to their previous ones but the momentum never stops.

Even with unrealized gains sitting at $9.3 billion, he is not cashing out any of his investments yet. I see this as an extremely rare mentality in a world where most CEOs would be looking for an exit strategy when things go soar.

Micheal Saylor has this strong belief that Bitcoin is the only real commodity worth holding.

He believes Gold is outdated and Stocks is inferior. Honestly that's a very extreme view, but it explains why he’s amassed nearly 500,000 BTC.

If you pay attention, his argument is clear. If Bitcoin is digital gold, then owning it is true power. You can tell Saylor wants as much power as possible.

Maybe this may not be about business. Maybe this may be personal. And that makes it even more interesting to watch as he writes and makes history.
