One of the key takeaways from a post I read by @hopestylist’s is that education is a foundation and not a finish line, It provides tools for critical thinking, problem-solving, and knowledge but it’s up to individuals to apply them in their affairs in life depending on the role they play in contributing to the growth and development of their society. Formal education can open doors, but it doesn’t guarantee entry factors like creativity, adaptability and practical experience often play a bigger role in achieving success.
For instance a degree might teach you the theory of business but building a successful company requires networking, resilience and real-world problem solving skills which often honed outside the classroom. Similarly in fields like Healthcare where we have most skilled workers in my opinion worksers education provides essential knowledge but empathy, communication and hands-on practice are equally critical.
