I like the idea of trying other tokenizable assets to be the base of a treasury company, like Real Estate as you mentioned.
What about having a treasury company being the base of a treasury company?
Token LSS named for LSTRSTR decides it wants to own 1/3 of all LSTR tokens and does a pre-sale on Hive Engine. It also launches LSSSURGE which pays 15% APR weekly and is convertible to LSS at 50 to 1. All incoming funds are used to buy LSS.
