Where can you invest it to be so sure it will generate that amount in 10 years?
I based it on a rough 7% annual return, like from an S&P 500 index fund. Nothing’s guaranteed, but historically, it’s a reasonable average over 10 years. Gotta account for market dips though

Honestly, you would be doing very bad with your investment if you only have 100K after 10 years of investing 750 $ per month! You should at least have double of that!
