What about him? He follows my votes, I didn't ask or set it up. I disagree with his comment self voting. I have no control what he (or anyone else) does.
I have no clue, there are a few people who follow my downvotes as I have been countering abuse for ages and one of the few active users that does.
I've had people who wanted to end me my entire life, it's just a Tuesday.
Really not my concern.
