Haha yes there are a few things:
- the main mechanic in LEO 2.0 is that 100% of bridging revenue (bLEO, pLEO, heLEO and LEO) burns LEO. So if the fee is 2% and 100k LEO gets bridged in a month, that's 2000 LEO that is burned
- secondary mechanic is that a % of the SIRP is burned organically - we've left the mechanism in place where if someone posts from any frontend that isn't INLEO but their content earns LEO, then that earned LEO is sent to @null (automatically burned)
- a 3rd organic mechanism is the community. I've seen @onealfa voting posts that send their rewards to @null (like the @buildawhale posts for example). So any rewards earned there also get sent to Null. If anyone sends LEO to null in any way, shape or form then the LEO is perma-burned and can never return
Oooooooh that second way is super slick....So even if people post content via PeakD, the LEO earned goes to null. I like it.
Man, if this stuff doesn't absolutely moon now...I will lose hope in humanity lol
