Rafiki isn't showing up atm because his rep score is negative
When we first tested rafiki, we didn't have him declining rewards
This led to some headstrong Hive anti-AI users to downvote him
Now he declines 100% of rewards to @null. Once his Rep Score recovers, he will show properly in notifications
If you want to help push this along, feel free to throw Rafiki a vote here and there. He burns 100% of the rewards (you can verify by looking at his comments) so it is effectively like voting a burn post and burning both HIVE/LEO rewards
