I hope so. People actually quit premium, the number of subscribers keeps dropping.
That's not exactly accurate since there were about 100 gifted subs that expired from a recent competition
But yes, we need to see more growth
That would mean that for most of those people with free Premium, it's not worth paying for it.
Asking them why is so could provide some valuable feedback. I guess they weren't just picked randomly but had to show some effort to get it. Yet they've quit.
For me, being a premium user here is a path of no return.
