An NFT contract would be nice if user holds x NFT he has a recurring payment tied to it, user can send back NFT to creator to unsubscribe. Or something like the rental contract of splinterlands. Where user decides on period to subscribe. Also works with NFT contract, here the creator issues the NFTs and holds them they are delegated to players for the fee.

Yeah, that would be an amazing feature to have. I would be able to offer much more to my subs if I could set my own price. But I am sure it's probably a pain in the arse, everything you thing would be easy, isn't with Hive development, lol.
