In this clip from one of the past AMAs, we talk about the direction LeoFinance development is heading.
We are migrating to the idea that LeoDesktop is about the creator experience and LeoMobile is about the consumer experience.
With these new updates, we're about to deploy the "Community Pages" idea that onboards businesses or projects in the crypto space to give them a hub for their community to engage and share content about their project directly on Hive and Web3 through LeoFinance & LeoMobile.
We already have most of the technology we need to make this happen. The main things we're working to improve is making the onboarding process more seamless and easy, a "Communities" page, and a thread feature will tie this all together and make it super valuable for all these projects.
These projects/businesses will be able to create their own page and have their community members and authors join in as well. It will be a space for them to engage with LeoFinance users to share their project updates and grow their community - the exact use case that led to the emergence of Social Media itself.

Super cool stuff. I really feel that's what has been holding up the mass onboarding of new users to hive. The complexity of setting up an account, all your keys, do you have enough resource credits to post and yada yada. Your average user doesn't want to deal with that garbage. They want a simple one or a few clicks access and start to comment and post away. Having a central community as well greatly attracts people to interact with the community they know and love and then perhaps expand on that later. It's one of the things that made Reddit so powerful.
What a great way to attract businesses to a hub, community pages to share their projects. What a way to grow forward!

Still many people are not get the exact information about anythings in hive yet🤔. I think there should some mechanisms or filtering option with search function. With this function and many communities and business projects can easily spred it in web3.0 which is a long way to go in my thoughts. But these small steps will make evrything possivle in future.
Visualizing all this in my head makes me excited about where leofinance is headed. With projects coming onboard through this, this would help massive onboarding and drive more traffic to leofinance.

Leofinance and LeoMobile have so many new features. If more users from the thorchain community get to use the platform, this is a major step to mass adoption. They be able to earn Leo on Leofinance and can have it wrapped on thorchain and provide liquidity. Everyone can benefit !

Yes, in Leofinance I learned a lot of new things for myself, even. something that only touches on finances, but it would be impossible to find out from anywhere else. Especially, I like the intertwining of finance and cultures in a pie of history and geography. True, at school, I didn’t really like history, and geography was interesting for me in the field of distribution of animal and plant species, I tried to avoid the economic aspects of this subject in the classroom. but, the exam had to pass)

I enjoyed reading about this new development, and I chuckled when the site was a little buggy this weekend. I know what that bugginess means...progress...innovation... onward and upward to a new and better Leofinance.
