I try quite hard to eat on the healthier side. I figure that if I expect my patients to practice restrictive or even in-moderation diets, then I should also be able to do it to a large degree (even though I'm already generally healthy). Nothing better than being an example for patients and empathizing with how difficult it can be to maintain a very solid diet!
Obviously less carbs is a healthy lifestyle. The moderate way is always a better way to live happily and healthy. We should eat as per our calories burning daily routine.
