The future of work is not on its way; it is already here.
From AI-assisted decision-making to decentralized teams working across time zones in real-time, technology is changing our definition of work, where we do it, and who does it.
Automation is simplifying daily chores. Strategic thinking is being sharpened by data analytics. AI is enhancing rather than replacing human capability. New positions are appearing as fast as existing ones change or go. No longer optional, soft talents such as emotional intelligence, creativity, and adaptability are absolutely necessary. The hybrid office is becoming standard rather than unusual.
Flexibility is becoming the norm.
Companies using technology for more than simply productivity—but for human empowerment—are leading the way. The main issue as we negotiate this changing terrain is not whether technology will alter our labor.
It's how we'll evolve with it.
My job hasn't changed in this way, we still work outside home and some tasks aren't possible remotely... I think we are at the ancient times of future times ;)
That's the right way of working 😉.
