An interesting observation I heard recently: by the time a technology works flawlessly, all the alpha has disappeared. Early PCs were ridiculed as toys. The first iPhone was criticized for not having basic features like copy-paste. The internet was dismissed as a passing fad by many experts. So, next time you’re using an AI tool and see an output that isn’t perfect, keep calm and carry on with the knowledge that you’re early to this technological wave.
This could go the other way too... How many new technologies that never lived long enough to work flawlessly...? Still, I'm betting that the AI will stay for a long time, and even if it stopped getting better. There are many ways to use it we haven't discovered yet.
