Simple put, there are no direct rewards like on noise.cash or Hive. You can tip others, but that tip has to come from your own funds and a part of the tip just gets burned. So in short, even the top authors will earn very little.

ahh i see... I don't like that to be honest :P and i think people from less fortunate countries won't appreciate it either :p
