I'm still exploring the "wonders" of The Hive. I can see myself go into so many directions yet still winning.
Anyone can push any ideology they want using HIVE, without censorship and it can be monetized (that's really a BIG BONUS for anyone).
Then I realize, because of the unlimited potential of HIVE, most people will get lost in this rabbit hole.
That slowed down the HIVE to really hit the mass public.
But, if any influential public figure can get the mass public (who has little to no knowledge on Blockchain) to focus specifically on 1 cause on HIVE Blockchain, surely it will create a very huge positive impact onto the market and the public community overall.
Right now, I'm still exploring all the potential. As a crypto whale, I want to benefit from HIVE (financially and any other mean for my own community).

Yes for sure, the problem is often not having a grounding or direction in which you can guide your focus. It is a beautiful problem to have sometimes! But it is indeed challenging.
I think one of the great things is the communities and the organization they bring to the table. Before it was just post tags that you used that would help organize users into specific content they liked. Now with communities, that can be really narrowed down into something meaningful.
We do have some other issues we are working on with regards to mass adoption but we've had a lot of significant press lately with the new listings and the attention that the Steem and Hive split gave us. That's brought in a good amount of new users I think but at the same time we need to somehow figure out better onboarding so people aren't lost and confused. Most of the people here have a decent knowledge of technology to know the different keys and security needed to keep things private. Then there is the really long key necessary for security of your account. Things like Keychain and Hivesigner are great at storing those locally but a new user won't know what to do and how to do that safely and securely so they don't get their information stolen.
All things that are good food for thought but things being worked on! I hope you are here again for the long haul, it's a remarkable time to be a part of this type of experiment!
Yeah, it's a beautiful problem. Most of my circle just know HIVE as a cryptocurrency that they going to "buy low and sell high". I'm thinking hard right now, with the capital, enthusiasm on crypto and the influence that I have within my community, I know something very beautiful can come out from HIVE other than financial gain. But, I need very specific plan to get more people onboard, they need to have a solid right mindset on on-boarding. Because HIVE potential is too huge, newcomer might become lost, on direction and finally gave up the excitement. Right now I'm considering to produce professional level of video tutorial content to get mass public to know how can they participate. But the video must be very complete, until they are equipped with everything the basic + the right mind set.
