I have certainly found that HIVE seems to function for me more as a permanent place to store documentation that might over the dext few or several decades be useful to some players of the #Galactic-Milieu, rather than as a venue where posts bring new players into the #Galactic-Milieu or even, so far, as a place where existing players discuss various aspects of the #Galactic-Milieu.
Unfortunately unless whatever evergreen-earnings for evergreen-posts plan LEO put in place turns out to benefit existing HIVE posts, the income from posts here is based on relatively-instant responses, within just a single week, so as a place for documentation posts intended to be useful for decades to come it is perhaps not currently ideal.
Nonetheless that seems to be what it is currently useful for to me; I need to be able to link to my articles with links that will still be good decades into the future, which one would hope blockchain would help although unfortunately who knows what someone might someday use the PEAKD domain for if some day PEAKD dies? My articles would still be on the blockchain but would anyone bother to make sure the links to everything on the blockchain via various front end sites will still keep working "forever"?
