Steam ramming with Tesla (and without Elon Musk)

Unimpressed by the prejudice that has stubbornly followed them since the unplugged platinum success "Five Men Akustical Jam" (Hear: here) that they are a pure ballad band, Tesla did what they do best with "Bust A Nut": make a steam ramming record. Tesla? Yes, named after the chech inventor Nicola Tesla, the band 30 years ago was the most famous Tesla thing all over the world...

So they came to "Bust a Nut" at this point. The fourth studio album by the American hard rock band Tesla was released in 1994. It was their final studio album on Geffen Records. The first single was "Mama's Fool," followed by "Need Your Loving" and "A Lot To Lose."

In the confusing riffs of his two skilled guitarists, singer Jeff Keith screams, crows and gasps his way through fourteen predominantly loud L.A. rock numbers with an inimitable voice. The whole thing isn't particularly original, but it's definitely perfectly done.

After thte tour to the record the band splits for more than six years...
