Ripple is not bad at all. In the beginning, before Bitcoin was invented, when they started as opencoin there already was an open-source "opencoin community". When they noticed that there already was a community, they changed their name and donated the domain to the opensource project.
most people forget that ripple is even older than Bitcoin and that they simply do their thing without harming others. They are not Tron.
