Yes they will still be issued in February.
Now the soft cap target is 250K. Basically it is going to come down to how much people are buying. If it slows down to next to nothing, then it will stop. On the other hand, if people are still buying on a consistent basis, we will keep it going.
It really comes down to the appetite of the community.
