It's like that with a lot of the mainstream fintech companies that sell crypto as well. Huge spreads in favor of the company. I think they are good in terms of simplicity and for people who have difficulty understanding how it all works, but they aren't great in terms of fees and lost profits. If you (generally speaking) are willing to spend some additional time learning how it all works then you are way better off as there are much better deals out there. I get that they have to make money through fees and that crypto volatility poses an additional challenge, but they are basically a rip off overall.

agree, I hope that in the future we wont need fiat/cash any more and can directly transact with crypto.
Yeah that would be nice. It doesn't seem like it would be bitcoin though.
