I always convert my hive via blocktrades.us to DASH. From Dash wallet I send to triv From triv then sent to my bank account. It takes few minutes from triv to bank account. I have not used indodax since its changed name from bitcoin.co.id to indodax.

    Never use blocktrades again after Hive get listed on Indodax :)
