Hace unas horas el equipó de “Splinterlands” dio a conocer la nueva actualización en la “Tienda de Recompensas”, en la cual, se han removido todos los “Draws” a excepción de los “Rarity Draws”, en donde podemos obtener cartas de recompensas “Soulbound” de una rareza especifica, pero, como ya dije, el resto fue eliminado, esto para introducir los llamados “Cofres de Botín”, los cuales ya hemos experimentado a lo largo de lo que ha sido “Splinterlands” a través de los años, sin embargo, estos nuevos cofres son de cierta manera iguales o especiales a los antiguos, algo que explicare en el desarrollo de este post.
Ahora bien, imagino que se preguntaran porque estos “Cofres” son especiales, pues, tiene que ver con las recompensas que veremos en cada uno de ellos, sin embargo, estos no se dividen por rareza como los antiguos cofres o los prematuros y extintos “Draws”, pues tan solo se introdujeron 3 tipos, los cuales tiene los siguientes nombres:
- Minor = 100 GLINTS
- Major = 500 GLINTS
- Ultimate = 2500 GLINTS
Como observan son solo 3 tipos de cofres y cada uno de ellos tienen distintas posibilidades de recibir una recompensa, siendo el “Ultimate” el que más oportunidad tiene de conseguir lo que ellos llaman un “Premio Mayor”, el cual es muy similar a lo que es un “Cofre Legendario” de los antiguos a los que ya estábamos a costumbrados, por otro lado, no ahondare en las probabilidades de las recompensas, eso lo pueden observar en el post oficial del equipo haciendo click Aquí, en lo que me enfocare en este post, es en mi opinión y en las recompensas que obtuve comprando mis primeros 100 “Cofres Ultimate”, así que para ellos, abarcare los siguientes puntos:

Mi opinión sobre los nuevos “Cofres” y las recompensas
Para comenzar, debo resaltar que el equipo de “Splinterlands” escucho a toda una comunidad que aclamaba el regreso de lo que son los “Cofres de Botín”, además de incluir nuevas recompensas geniales en las que si se puede obtener valor, cuando hablo de valor, me refiero a “Liquidez” monetaria, algo que es necesario en el ecosistema si es que se quiere que los jugadores inviertan y reinviertan en el juego, lo que haría fluir mucho más la economía del mismo, además de incentivar a querer jugar más, pero ¿Cuáles son las recompensas disponibles?
Las nuevas recompensas en el premio mayor
Las nuevas recompensas incluidas en los cofres son una completa locura y un acierto increíble por parte del equipo después de tomar varias decisiones que la comunidad ha cuestionado desde su lanzamiento, pero, debo decir que, con todo lo que podemos obtener en estos nuevos “Cofres de Botín”, siento que ha resurgido el verdadero #Play2earn, un juego en donde los activos que se ganan tienen verdadero valor monetario y es algo que aprecio y agradezco que haya vuelto, ya que, además de ser un juego en el que debemos divertirnos, su naturaleza innegable es precisamente otorgar recompensas reales a sus jugadores y comunidad, así que, genial.
En cuanto a las nuevas recompensas o también llamadas “Premio Mayor”, tenemos las siguientes:
- Título: (The Proven) = Cantidad disponible 50
- Título: (The Veteran) = Cantidad disponible 20
- Título: (The Renowned) = Cantidad disponible 5
- Token PLOT: Cantidad disponible 500
- Pack BETA: Cantidad disponible 1000
- Cartas doradas aleatorias: Cantidad por definir
En esta última no estoy seguro si son cartas doradas de recompensa “Soulbound”, aunque, no lo creo, imagino que son cartas doradas de otra edición ya terminada, puede que sea de “Chaos, Untamed, Beta o incluso Alpha”, aunque las probabilidades se inclinan a que son parte de la edición de “Chaos Legion”, en fin, sea cual sea la edición, está muy bien.
Por otro lado, como pudieron notar, estas recompensas tienen caducidad y dejaran de salir en los nuevos “Cofres de Botín” una vez se termine la cantidad disponible, puede que digan que las cantidades son pequeñas, pero, hay que tomar en cuenta las probabilidades de que pueda salir un “Premio Mayor”, estamos hablando de que en los “Cofres Ultimate” las probabilidades son del 1% y en el resto de los cofres es menos que esto.
Importante: Algo que no comente, que no es tan importante como las recompensas del “Premio Mayor”, pero que vale la pena comentar, es que dentro de los nuevos cofres recibiremos pociones, méritos y energías, lo que también esta genial, especialmente por los “Méritos y las Energías”, ya que podremos completar de manera mucho más rápida nuestro mazo de la “Edición de Gladius” y por otro lado, obtenemos mas energías, lo que nos da mas posibilidades de jugar mas de 50 batallas al día, lo que se traduce básicamente a tener la oportunidad de ganar mas SPS por batalla ganada.
Mi experiencia abriendo 100 “Cofres Ultimate”
Ahora bien, en cuanto a mi experiencia abriendo mis primeros 100 “Cofres Ultimate”, debo decir que la sensación fue prácticamente la misma a lo que nos daba los antiguos “Cofres de Botín”, así que, si yo me sentí así, estoy seguro de que muchos en la comunidad se sintieron igual, es genial, además de eso, podemos agregar que elegimos que tipo de cofres comprar, lo que verdaderamente empodera aun mas la tienda y la da el valor que necesitaba desde que se implementó, en tal sentido, estas fueron las recompensas que obtuve en mis 100 primeros cofres:
Por otro lado, estos 100 cofres que observaron anteriormente no fueron las únicas recompensas que tuve, también compre alrededor de 20 “Gladius Case”, siendo una apertura fructífera desde mi punto de vista, ya que obtuve algunas de las cartas que mas me interesan subir de nivel para luchar en “Brawl”, algo de lo que hablare en otra publicación, mientras tanto, observen las siguientes imágenes de lo que fue esta apertura de “Gladius”:
Espero que esta publicación les haya gustado, aquí exprese mi sentir con respecto a la actualización de la “Tienda de Recompensas”, la cual, en mi opinión fue lo mejor que pudieron hacer, el equipo escucho a la comunidad y estos respondieron, y estoy muy feliz por esto, ya que, realmente nos ven y nos escuchan y no en todos los proyectos relacionados con las “Criptomonedas” tenemos esto, así que, para los que aún no están en “Splinterlands”, no sé qué esperan, debajo encontraran enlaces para unirse, además, estén atentos a nuevas publicaciones para esta semana.

As you can see there are only 3 types of chests and each of them have different possibilities of receiving a reward, being the "Ultimate" the one that has more chance of getting what they call a "Jackpot", which is very similar to what is a "Legendary Chest" of the old ones to which we were already used to, on the other hand, I will not delve into the probabilities of the rewards, that you can see in the official post of the team by clicking Here, what I will focus on in this post, is my opinion and the rewards I got buying my first 100 "Ultimate Chests", so for them, I will cover the following points:

My opinion on the new "Chests" and rewards
To begin, I must emphasize that the "Splinterlands" team listened to an entire community that hailed the return of what are the "Loot Chests", in addition to including great new rewards in which if you can get value, when I speak of value, I mean monetary "Liquidity", something that is necessary in the ecosystem if you want players to invest and reinvest in the game, which would make the game economy flow much more, in addition to encourage players to want to play more, but what are the rewards available?
New jackpot rewards
The new rewards included in the chests are completely crazy and an incredible right move by the team after making several decisions that the community has questioned since its launch, but, I must say that, with everything we can get in these new "Loot Chests", I feel that the true #Play2earn has resurfaced, a game where the assets that are earned have real monetary value and it is something that I appreciate and thankful that it is back, since, besides being a game where we must have fun, its undeniable nature is precisely to grant real rewards to its players and community, so, great.
As for the new rewards or also called "Jackpot", we have the following:
- Title: (The Proven) = Quantity available 50
- Title: (The Veteran) = Quantity available 20
- Title: (The Renowned) = Quantity available 5
- PLOT token: Available quantity 500
- BETA Pack: Available quantity 1000
- Random gold cards: Quantity to be defined
On the latter I'm not sure if they are "Soulbound" reward gold cards, though, I don't think so, I imagine they are gold cards from another already finished edition, may be from "Chaos, Untamed, Beta or even Alpha", though odds are leaning towards them being part of the "Chaos Legion" edition, anyway, whatever edition it is, it's pretty cool.
On the other hand, as you could notice, these rewards have an expiration date and will stop coming out in the new "Loot Chests" once the available amount is finished, they may say that the amounts are small, but, you have to take into account the probabilities that a "Jackpot" can come out, we are talking about that in the "Ultimate Chests" the probabilities are 1% and in the rest of the chests it is less than this.
Important: Something that I did not comment, which is not as important as the "Jackpot" rewards, but worth commenting, is that inside the new chests we will receive potions, merits and energies, which is also great, especially for the "Merits and Energies", since we will be able to complete our "Gladius Edition" deck much faster, and on the other hand, we get more energies, which gives us more possibilities to play more than 50 battles a day, which basically translates into having the opportunity to earn more SPS per battle won.
My experience opening 100 "Ultimate Chests".
Now, as for my experience opening my first 100 "Ultimate Chests", I must say that the feeling was practically the same as the old "Loot Chests", so, if I felt that way, I'm sure that many in the community felt the same, it's great, besides that, we can add that we choose what kind of chests to buy, which truly empowers the store even more and gives it the value it needed since it was implemented, in that sense, these were the rewards I got in my first 100 chests:
On the other hand, these 100 chests that you saw above were not the only rewards I had, I also bought around 20 "Gladius Case", being a fruitful opening from my point of view, since I got some of the cards that I am most interested in leveling up to fight in "Brawl", something that I will talk about in another post, meanwhile, look at the following images of what was this opening of "Gladius":
