If you are asked to choose one, which will it be, Future or Spot?

Spot is better in my opinion. It's safer even if you don't get as big of a return.

I totally abree with you on this. I have not for once used the Futures. Very scared of the risks

It is risky but it also has a lot of reward. If the price doesn't move fast enough, you can still lose money if you are right about the direction.

Spot. That's real (or, in the case of crypto, true).
Futures are essentially paper tools, and paper can be manipulated to make artificial changes in price. That's what happened to the precious metals markets.
