Good! Centralized exchanges need to be regulated in my opinion. Truly decentralized exchanges can not be regulated. Not because of legal reasons but simply because it is impossible to do as long as the internet exists!
The only way a decentralized exchange could be regulated is if the entire internet could be regulated. The technology may or may not exist, I do not know. I am sure that governments are looking at ways to do this though.
It is always about control and power.
