Too bad that tends to be a country that can be war torn at any moment.
Perhaps this will enable a lot of investment into the country and help them to clean things up.

Well how much is capital gains there? I remember hearing that transferred money into the country is like equal to 25% of the GDP so I doubt they earn any taxes off that.
