The original plan was to keep them silo'd (purposefully) though we are considering adding the capability to read your Base balance to the voter
We're still on the fence for this one. As of now, its silo'd similar to LEO Power on HE vs sLEO on LeoDex (two different value props for two different investors)
We'll keep taking in feedback and consider it
sounds good.
