1/ I use the crypto.com debit card mostly for small daily spend. I keep a balance of about $20. It spends from USD that is preloaded. You top up with cryptos, PayPal, or debit card. I prefer this as I keep just enough cash balance to pay for what I need, just in case the card is compromised. Depending on your preference, you can upgrade by staking for cash back paid in CRO. Mine is currently getting 2% cash back. But they have some merchant categories that don't get any (utilities, government, gambling, etc. . .).
And it works well? I've heard similar good reviews.

It pays 0.5% cash back in your choice of BTC, ETH, USDC, or XLM. The biggest convenience of Coinbase for me is that I have the least trouble transferring USD in and out. They have been known to freeze accounts. But I've had mine since 2014 with no issues. Another convenience is that Coinbase is easy to connect to tax prep.
Fold app has a debit card that spends out of fiat, which you top up from your BTC wallet. You can have USD deposits automatically convert into BTC. The card has cash back rewards in BTC starting at 0.5% for all spending, higher in a couple of categories.
