That fix is ready to go on our side and merged, if it's that, it should be solved with the update (v1.121) which will also reschedule the past dropped ones
If it's not that, we will have to fully focus on only Arbitrum next week all team, as we can't have this halted any longer, and we are out of ideas of what else it could be so it would require a real deep dive.
