I like having LP because it gives you curation power with your Inleo account. With a lot of LEO being moved to Arbitrum and staked, there's going to be less LP over here to divide the curation rewards into. Plus, you can delegate it to lstr.voter and get "bounty" rewards paid to you from them as well.
I also plan on having a large piece as sLEO at some point, but until LeoDex starts doing more in fees, I don't feel the need to move much over there yet. The biggest players (LeoStrategy and the POL) are going to get most of the rewards so until there's more dollars to go around, I would rather keep most of my LEO on this side. Plus, there's the bridging fees that I have no interest in paying while they're up around 10%.
Eventually, I will probably put most of my LEO in sLEO, mostly because of the upcoming ability to take collateralized loans against it. But until that goes live and/or the LeoDex fees start hitting bigger numbers, I feel like there's more benefit on the Inleo side.
You can go into any of the wallets (HE, Tribaldex, your Inleo wallet), click on the Delegate icon, and then delegate an amount to lstr.voter. It does affect your voting power for your own curation votes, so you probably don't want to put it all there, but it helps support LeoStrategy getting more LEO so...I put a pretty big chunk with them. The "bounties" are paid in LEO. They're not huge (I get about 7.5 LEO/day for 125k delegated), but like I said, it helps LS get LEO off the market and I don't have to do anything for it.
Thanks mate, I got it all set up now, plus I switched the bounty to lstr. my first payout today was 0.016 LSTR keen to see how far this project will go.
It's crazy that to think that I ran out of RC to even post threads freely over the past few days, that's because I had been powering down. But still, I have a good 2K worth of HP in the power down stage.
I had to sell my few dollars of HBD to power up in order to gain back the RC.

The population is increasing, and the land for cultivation is decreasing. It's not easy to meet the demand of people by following traditional agriculture. We need to follow advanced practices for it.
Looks like LeoStrategy has leaped over the 3M LEO mark with this latest round of buying. Someone (I won't mention any names 😁 ) seems to have sold a nice chunk of LEO and used the proceeds to add more SURGE to their portfolio. That's a win for everybody. LS gets more cheap LEO, LSTR holders watch the LPS move up some more, and the Lion converts some LEO into a safer, yield-paying asset.
We've now crossed the 75% sold mark. The pace is starting to really pick up. My guess is it's gone by next week at this time, probably a little sooner.
If you've been waiting, I wouldn't wait much longer...
With an instant 15% profit (or whatever it is) due to the lower hive price in pre-sale, it's a no-brainer for some whale to just snap it all up at the end and instantly cash the profit.
Welp, it's a great deal, but "instantly" cashing the profit is debatable. If the LP is going to be funded with $50k, I'm not sure how anyone could "instantly" sell 100k and have the price stay at $1. The "guaranteed" $1 is where the pool will start, but if there's nothing but selling, the price will come down. The downside protection is based on liquidation. In other words, if for some reason LeoStrategy went belly-up, SURGE shareholders would be the first people paid out and their shares would be paid out at $1.
If LeoStrategy stays in business, then the price of SURGE in the LP will face the same market pressure as anything else. More sellers than buyers will drive the price down. More buyers than sellers will move it up. But, if the price does go down, you can at least be collecting the interest. And, if you want more SURGE, you could buy it at the discount and collect the 15%, which would again be a higher yield based on your purchase price.
That's very impressive, so 155% APR divided by 52 equals roughly 3% per week, which could be reinvested through new LEO purchases and doubling of our stake 33 weeks??
After being assigned shares from a put sold I am thinking about using a collar trade with a net credit to generate more income while protecting against share price falling further.

I’m fascinated by all the different ways people are playing the SURGE pre-sale.
Some are selling LEO to buy SURGE.
Some are bringing in fiat to buy SURGE.
Then what's going to happen when the SURGE pre-sale sells out?
