You can do this from Hive-Engine. You must deposit HIVE and then look in the market tab for the LEO token.
You can access to Hive-Engine here.
You can buy them on Hive-Engine. Link
You can sign in there with Keychain using your Hive account.
Then deposit Hive.
The find Leo by typing it into the asset list on the left.
Swap Hive to SWAP.HIVE and then on either Hive-Engine, Tribaldex or beeswap buy LEO there.
