Olá pessoal! Hoje vim falar sobre a campanha de adoção na plataforma Zeally promovida pela LEO em nome de toda a Hive, mas decidi falar de mais que isso. Hoje vou falar um pouco da importância do onboard e de construir juntos uma Hive melhor e maior.
Para isso vou trazer alguns pensamentos pessoais e indicar uma leitura para aqueles que quiserem se aprofundar mais nas estatísticas e numeros da Hive.
Então vamos ao que interessa...
Onde estamos no mapa Web3?
A web3 é um assunto relativo novo até mesmo para aqueles que estão desbravando essas novas aguas, tendo uma diversidade de assuntos dentro dela e comunidades e subcomunidades. Em questões de números de adeptos os usuários da web3 ainda são poucos comparados aos usuarios da internet tradicional.
Com todo os esforços de comunidades de todos os cantos e redes temos crescido bastante e muitas redes começam a entrar no mapa dos usuarios tradicionais e no radar de grandes empresas como a Nike que hoje tem uma coleção milhonaria de NFTs e até mesmo de governos. Atualmente são mais de 130 governos em todo o mundo estudando formas de criar sua própria moeda digital oficial ou com projeto piloto já em pratica de suas moedas.
Você deve estar se perguntando onde quero chegar com tudo isso. Bom, tendo em mente que a web3 em si já é uma comunidade pequena em expansão, onde entra a Hive nesse mapa?
Eu diria que a Hive é uma pequena ilha dentro desse pequeno mundo chamado web3, o que nos torna pequenos dentro de um cenário pequeno. E não me entenda mal, isso não é ruim. Porque temos um potencial de crescimento enorme. Só precisamos nos permitir algumas ações que hoje poucos dentro da comunidade Hive tem tido ao meu ver.
O problema não estar em ser pequeno, mas sim em ser uma ilha, totalmente isolada, eu diria até que alguns construíram muros perto dos seus terrenos na pequena ilha Hive que os impedem de olhar para fora e ver o que acontece no mundo web3. Esses muros também acabam impedindo que habitantes do restante do mundo web3 olhem para saber as maravilhas que a Hive pode proporcionar, já que tudo que alguns entusiastas de outros projetos veem quando olham pra Hive são os muros. E esse é o real problema. Uma pequena ilha tem grande potencial pra se tornar superpotência, mas não se ela não permitir e mostrar ao mundo suas maravilhas.
E como podemos resolver isso?
Construindo pontes
A única forma de tornarmos a Hive o gigante que ela pode e merece ser é construindo pontes, facilitando onboard não somente de novos membros que nunca utilizaram a web3 mas também trazendo membros da web3 que já estão interessados nela para a Hive. Frequentando eventos do cenario web3 a Hive é uma das blockchains menos conhecidas. A cada 10 pessoas que você pergunta 1 ou 2 dizem que conhecem e na maioria das vezes nenhuma tem conta aqui.
Quando perguntamos porque a resposta quase sempre é a mesma. Não entendo muito bem como funciona, ou já me estabeleci em outra rede "qualquer hora dou uma olhadinha".
Dai a importância do Onboarding! O onboarding deveria ser um trabalho em conjunto de toda a comunidade Hive. Já que a Hive crescendo todos ganham. Tutoriais são importantes, mas mais do que isso ser paciente e receber bem novos membros. Explicar as nuances da Hive sem podar o interesse do novo membro . Ser educado quando for apontar um erro e tentar ajudar o membro a corrigir. Tudo isso são diferenciais que faltam na Hive.
E claro que existem comunidades e pessoas fazendo um trabalho incrivel, mas precisamos que todos os membros da Hive entendam que são todos parte de uma comunidade maior independente das pequenas comunidades que fazem parte! E que como comunidade precisamos nos apoiar e cuidar para que boas praticas sejam feitas em favor do todo e nao de um ou poucos usuarios. Só assim poderemos atrair grandes olhares para nossa pequena ilha.
De todos os trabalhos feitos nesse sentido, hoje falaremos da nova campanha de adoção promovida pela LEO na plataforma Zealy em prol de toda a comunidade Hive.
A campanha
A campanha acontecerá todo mês de setembro até dezembro o que significa que além de muitas oportunidades de ganhar boas recompensas temos muitas oportunidades para contribuir para o crescimento da Hive.
A campanha é desenhada de forma a incentivar o engajamento e o onboarding de novos usuários. Premiando esforço e resultado. Mesmo sem a premiação final eu recomendo todos a participarem porque o caminho em si já trás excelentes recompensas tendo a principal delas conhecer novas pessoas e entender mais sobre a Hive.
A recompensa paga em HBD vai ser dividida da seguinte forma:
Distribuição de Prémios
Os 10% melhores da Tabela de Classificação Ativa dividirão 2.500 USD.
Os 11-30% do Top da Tabela de classificação ativa dividirão 2.500 USD.
Se 100 Hivers fizerem parte da tabela de classificação ativa, dez pessoas (Top 10%) receberão 250 USD HBD cada e 20 pessoas (Top 11-30%) receberão 125 USD cada
- A tabela de classificação Ativa inclui qualquer pessoa com pelo menos 2.000 pontos de Experiência.

Because we have enormous growth potential. We just need to allow ourselves some actions that today few within the Hive community have had, in my opinion.
The problem is not that it's small, but that it's an island, totally isolated, I'd even say that some have built walls around their plots of land on the small Hive island that prevent them from looking out and seeing what's going on in the web3 world. These walls also end up preventing inhabitants of the rest of the web3 world from looking out to see the wonders that Hive can provide, since all that some enthusiasts from other projects see when they look at Hive are the walls. And that's the real problem. A small island has great potential to become a superpower, but not if it doesn't allow and show the world its wonders.
And how can we solve that?
Building bridges
The only way we can make Hive the giant it can and deserves to be is by building bridges, facilitating onboarding not only of new members who have never used web3 but also bringing web3 members who are already interested in it to Hive. Attending web3 events, Hive is one of the least known blockchains. For every 10 people you ask, 1 or 2 say they know about it and most of the time none of them have an account here.
When you ask why, the answer is almost always the same. I don't really understand how it works, or I've already established myself on another network "I'll take a look at it sometime".
Hence the importance of onboarding! Onboarding should be a joint effort by the entire Hive community. As Hive grows, everyone wins. Tutorials are important, but even more so is being patient and welcoming new members. Explain the nuances of Hive without dampening the new member's interest. Being polite when pointing out a mistake and trying to help the member correct it. These are all differentiators that Hive lacks.
And of course there are communities and people doing incredible work, but we need all Hive members to understand that they are all part of a larger community, regardless of the small communities they belong to! And that as a community we need to support each other and make sure that good practices are done in favor of the whole and not for one or a few users. Only in this way will we be able to attract more attention to our little island.
Of all the work done in this direction, today we're going to talk about the new adoption campaign promoted by LEO on the Zealy platform for the benefit of the entire Hive community.
The campaign
The campaign will take place every September until December, which means that in addition to many opportunities to earn good rewards, we have many opportunities to contribute to Hive's growth.
The campaign is designed to encourage engagement and the onboarding of new users. Rewarding effort and results.
