We still have to work on making it more viable for all parties. A lot of building needs to be done.

Yes we are. It is a collective effort. We need a lot more to be done in all areas. This is not going to happen overnight.
But each HBD put into savings or pHBD that is in the LP helps.
We just keep things growing.
