This bear market is starting to feel like its setting up the greatest run up to insane heights we have ever seen.
Heights that we cant even imagine at this time.
Social media engagement is all but dead.
Google trends have scraped the all time lows.
Alts have suffered further in the BTC recovery this year.
Those that wanted to leave are already gone.
Those that we needed to leave have gone to jail.
There is always light at the end of the tunnel. I am no trader, Im a holder, and I am getting very strong vibes, a deja vu, from the end of the last bear market.
Just like now, it was a dry desert with subdued enthusiasm.
It kind of felt like watching people silently waiting at night at some bus stop.
"All aboard --------> next stop Bullrun!"
Right now, the smart money is buying, I have no doubt that a silent accumulation is happening behind the scenes in anticipation for the coming ETF approvals that will coincide well with the Bitcoin halving.
The first one coming in light of the news that SEC will not appeal the court decision on the Grayscale ETF approval.
When Blackrock, the worlds largest asset manager shows so much interest in this space, how can you even think that we dont grow many times larger in the next market push than we did when primarily FOMO driven retail was pushing prices .
First we move slowly... then up only.

I invested a little bit recently, trying to prepare well for the coming bull market. As long as we are patient, we can always make a profit.
There is still time to wait but its good to be ready.
I always believed those that stayed till the end are the ones that enjoyed the light at the end of the tunnel

I can believe this. When everyone is losing hope and scared, that's the time where smart money find the opportunities. I think it's more like setting emotions aside and trusting the process. Even if theres a chance it will go lower like 20k or 15k btc the upside potential will be way greater and it's not really a loss until we sell either. So just buy now/dca close eyes and be happy once we reached the promise land! of course none what i said is financial advice !

Absolutely, always! I like the metaphor. Yes, sometimes it's bitter, sometimes it's necessary or you can just take it for what it is. It's better to be patient and earn something than to be restless and reckless and lose something. That's a good mindset to go with in life on more than one level of perception and action/decision-making. All the best and plenty of success here on HIVE and in general!
It is very much bitter. When your portfolio value is melting, holding and looking towards the future is not an easy thing to do.
Yes, you are absolutely right, but you also need to know that there is always hope and, as you mentioned, there is always that light at the end of the tunnel, regardless how long the respective tunnel might be. I am definitely not diminishing what you mentioned, on the contrary, but from personal experience I'd only like to mention the fact that one should still stay hopeful and relatively optimistic even during the most turbulent times.
