Zimbabwe government issues strong warning against advertisement, sale, and purchase of Elon Musk's StarLink devices.
The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe has banned StarLink services and devices as the company is not registered and licensed in Zimbabwe to do the business.
Anyone found involving in sale and purchase of StarLink stuff will be arrested and put forth before law.
Sounds like the government doesn't want the people to be able to get information from the outside....or use crypto?
Basically, There is a license requirement for any telecom company operates in Zimbabwe, if StarLink goes for it then there would be no issue at all.
