I think it's pronounced "speak" - like 3speak, but getting a lot bigger than just video hosting for Hive.
So it's gonna be a new Crypto-coin or utility-token?
And still connected to the Hive Blockchain?

It's going to be a lot of things - sounds like they're trying to do some of the stuff Hive-Engine does, but cheaper, as well as creating front-ends without down-vote issues, etc.
