This is another popular food product in my country, and it's generally called Abacha. Some people said that it's African salad, that's their own because it doesn't have any other foreign name 😂

Abacha is made from cassava and one of the local delicacies eaten in the South Eastern part of my country.

Do you add any spices or herbs?

Yes there are some local spices used in preparing it - Ehuru called African nutmeg, with botanical name is Monodora Myristica

Potash mixed with palm oil for the sauce.

These are the main ingredients, you can then add seasoning cubes, crayfish if you want.

One of the weirdest food have ever seen,but it's taste good, testimony gotten from those that have tasted it though.
