I think you are anxious about something which made you not to sleep. Whatever it is just know that your body needs rest.

Thanks dear. I will do that now. The audiobook I was listening to just got the best of me and I got in too deep to know time has went by. Now I'll have to sleep with the westerntime 😊.

It's alrig, atat least the time was well utilized.
