I presume everyone here knows that earning isn't the only reason for being, if it were, most people wouldn't be because they don't earn much.
But the joy of interacting with other users keep them going.

Nope, it's mostly for the votes. The majority here are from poor countries where pennies go a long way.
If that is the case then they did the right thing by being being here to earn a living honorably nstead of idling away or engaging in illicit acts
