I understand what you are saying, it is certainly much easier to grow in crypto if the country promotes it. But look at the contradiction of the situation for example, in China for years they have been creating controls and closing the doors to cryptocurrencies, but nevertheless people in China are massively adopting the use of cryptocurrencies.
