Good points. Rising Star is the same way, now that I think about it.
If Bleach anime was ever turned into a blockchain game, players would be dead and buried before they ever finished the game. 15 seasons of content; hundreds of characters, with different versions of each character; thousands of weapons, items, accessories. Start playing today, finish playing in 2142.

It would be a nightmare to be a collector. I hope I never run into that issue

If that anime ever hit blockchain, I know who would get into it. Not me, not anyone else here. He was a big Bleach fan, and it's because of him I know about the anime.

Well anime is nice but I haven't watched much of it lately. My backlog just keeps getting bigger.

I used to watch anime regularly for a while, but the last time I saw any was 2014. By that time, Bleach had ended around Episode 366. It was a different time back then.

I'm not really an anime person and I don't know much about that universe but a friend recommended me one that I really enjoyed. O believe it's called Goblin Slayer or something like that.
I'm a big fan of the Dungeons and Dragons universe and that anime has that kind of vibe so I enjoyed it

Goblin Slayer is for mature audiences. It shows the dark side of things quite a bit. Goblins are quite vicious

That's true. Lot's of violence and sex stuff
But the storyline is quite nice and it really feels like I'm watching a D&D campaign

Amime isn't for everyone, although it's made for everyone. There are genres for many, many types of people, even if they have no interest in it.
Spare time for pure recreation is still limited even in this new era, so it's important to spend it on things that make you glad you spent that time on them. Life is too short to spend it just passing time.

Yea, I used to like the old animes such as Saint Seya and Dragon Ball (not even sure if they qualify as anime) but at some point I just lost interest so I never caught up on the more modern ones....
I did enjoy a few episodes of Avatar though

Yea it was. Most of the animes tend to be cliché lately. A lot of Isekai (Other world animes) came out recently.

Imagine if Splinterlands ever crossed over into anime.

Well given the lore, it's possible to make some anime based on it. I am wondering who will be the protagonist though.

Hahaha I don't know that anime but I wouldn't oppose to a game that would be that long! I kinda like the concept, actually. Maybe one day we'll see something like that
Exode is one that might be quite complex and large so maybe it will be something like what you described (not that it would take a 100 years to get to the "end-game" but you get the point :P)

In an earlier comment in this topic I linked to the Bleach Wiki, so that's a good place to start if you want more info. It's easier to learn about Bleach than it it to learn about Splinterlands, that I can tell you-- and Bleach had a cast of hundreds.

Cool! I'll take a look
