The correlation between the datetime stamp in the tooltip and the "Post" count is in the Search field near the top of the page isn't exact, but it gives a rough idea of where we are at the time I take the screen capture.
Last week the counter turned from 99,nnn,nnn to 100M. Sadly, the count doesn't change in real-time or even after each page refresh.

Thanks for this. Great to see we got 153K "posts" since the meme was made of the crossing 100M.
It will be interesting to see the pace of things with some daily monitoring (even if not exact).
