This stems from the fact that the country is difficult. For a person to manage to appear good without being employed raises a red flag to law enforcement.
I've personally been arrested because of being able to afford common things like nice cloths, good mobile devices and renting a hotel just for fun, God, I can't forget the hell I went through that night.
