After you own a Land claim token, to begin resource production on your Land, you have to perform a Survey first. When you survey a land deed, you get a one-time chance during the purchase transaction to grab up to three Starter Packages.

Each one of these costs 10,000 DEC or DEC-B tokens, and you can only buy one of each per deed. But here’s the catch - you have only got 60 days after land surveying releases to utilize them.
