Yeah they have to get around the sanctions.
Maybe a USD denominated asset that the US Government has no control over could interest them.
I know it can be interesting for them, I have some family in Moscu but since the pandemic and the war, I haven't been able to visit them.
But if Russians do comes I will make my best for them to notice HBD
