GOODNEWS!!! Because today those questions and doubts have been answer, a proper glance through the write up will give you a brief of Aavegotchi.
What is Aavegotchi:
Aavegotchi is Playable assets that act as collateral on DeFi networks.
The Aavegotchi GHST token is a DeFi-focused non-fungible token (NFT) that runs on the Aave protocol. Aavegotchis are basically game avatars that can be used as DeFi collateral to earn staking rewards.
About Aavegotchis
Aavegotchis are rare crypto-collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain, backed by the ERC-721 standard used in popular blockchain games such as CryptoKitties, Axie Infinity, and Cryptovoxels. Aavegotchis possess three attributes that determine their overall value and rarity within the Aavegotchi universe: collateral stake, traits, and wearables.

The Gotchiverse
Beyond the Human Realm there is the Ether Realm, where smart contracts twinkle and dark forests lurk. Travel a bit further down the rabbit hole, and one eventually discovers the Gotchiverse Realm. When a yield farmer in the Ether Realm is liquidated, its spirit journeys to the Gotchiverse, where it reincarnates as an Aavegotchi. Aavegotchis are a spectral species who love nothing more than farming, voting, and shitposting with their frens.
NPC as Dapps
Dapps will be playable directly within the Gotchiverse. An early example of this will be the GotchiDEX dapp, a DEX specially created for providing liquidity for the Gotchus Alchemica.
A developer SDK will be created to allow other developers to re-skin their smart contract frontends to work as NPCs within the Gotchiverse.

Since Aavegotchi is built on ethereum blockchain, it'll be advised you acquire/ accumulate ethereum ($ETH).

CHAPTER 4: HOW TO BUY GHST ON POLYGON
Purchasing $GHST
First, you need to get your hands on some GHST tokens to stake. Our GHST token page covers the various ways in which you can get yourself some.
Buying $GHST
Get your wallets (preferably Metamask) ready - there are a couple of ways to buy $GHST tokens:
- Buying it straight from the curve on Ethereum Mainnet (though this requires KYC, which unfortunately precludes citizens of the United States and China)
- Buying it from Decentralized Exchanges on Ethereum Mainnet such as Uniswap and Matcha
- Buying it from Decentralized Exchanges on Polygon such as QuickSwap
- Buying it from Centralized Exchanges such as OKex and Binance

CHAPTER 5: HOW TO BUY A PORTAL ON Aavegotchi
Buying a Portal
Before you can raise your pixelated ghost baby, you’ll need to summon it via a Portal. You can acquire this either from the official Aavegotchi Dapp, or an external marketplace such as OpenSea.
If you’re purchasing it from the Aavegotchi Dapp, each portal will cost approximately 100 GHST. These devices will also be released in ‘Haunts’ (editions). The first haunt will offer 10,000 Portals up for grabs. After this, the AavegotchiDAO will continue to vote on decisions relating to separate haunts. For instance, portal prices and quantities may change in the future, as a result of decisions and voting from the DAO.

CHAPTER 6: HOW TO SUMMON AN Aavegotchi
How do you summon an Aavegotchi and bring it from the Nether realm to your screen? Through a Portal, of course!

So put on your wizard cap – it’s time to learn more about Portals and the Aavegotchi summoning process.
CHAPTER 7: HOW TO MAKE MORE MONEY WITH YOUR Aavegotchi
There are many ways in which you can make more Money with your Aavegotchi.
Taking aTokens and bringing it to life: this could be achieved by simply voting e.g twitter votes/DAO voters to add in more Aavegotchi tokens based on payer demands
Rarity farming events: Rarity farming is an innovative game mechanism pioneered by Aavegotchi. It strives to reward the users who are the most thoughtfully and enthusiastically engaged with the ecosystem.
How Do I Rarity farm?
There are several ways you can engage in the rarity farming exercise. These include:Carefully selecting an Aavegotchi with rare traits during the summoning process
Equipping wearables to modify the traits of your Aavegotchi
Engaging in mini-games.
Staking your token: Staking refers to the process of locking up your cryptocurrency in return for rewards. This is no different in the Aavegotchi project. The native token, GHST, can be staked in the Staking Contract to earn FRENS.
How to Stake
Once you have some GHST tokens, it is time to stake them! Staking takes place on Polygon (formerly Matic Network).
There are two ways to stake: (1) staking GHST tokens directly, and/or (2) staking QuickSwap LP tokens.
Important: Staking on Mainnet has been discontinued! Please unstake and restake on Polygon.
Note: Pre-sale GHST tokens cannot be staked until they are unlocked.
