I will try and work on my Engagement and overall activity here.
I hope to see how everything adds up by the end of the year. Next week is going to be different from the last as more people are coming in.

Yes it will all add up by the end of year. And that is a key point. It is not so much where we are now as opposed to by the end of December. That is where the focus needs to be.
