The issue there is the government are looking for ways to control this technology, but all their effort yield no result, so they choose the other way. Even with that p2p trading is much on the rise than ever before.

Yes. The key is mass education. When the masses support an idea, no politician is courageous enough to contradict it. Not unless he or she wants to kill his/her political career.
