I have converted majority of my level 2 tokens into Hive ever since price of Hive have been trending down. My goal is to hit KE equal to 1 and proceed with investing dividends back into Splinterlands. This plan came about for a change in pace for me since many years I have always been reinvesting my dividends into Splinterlands assets. In the end it had come to little to no gains as my crypto net worth plateau.
Currently my Rewards/Stake Co-efficient (KE): 1.04, estimate of 1.5k Hive to hit a KE of 1. I have nearly that in swap.Hive but will hold onto them because I need DEC to stake in land plots.
In my Splinterlands I have remain passive in gameplay as I continue to adjust card rentals and play with land production to earn more DEC and SPS. My plan is to gradually grow my DEC staked in land production to the point where my plots can self sustain on its own. Then any dividends earned would be swap into SPS. The value of SPS relative to Hive have gone up recently which is good and bad. Accumulating SPS now is a little harder on the basis I have more Hive, but what I have in SPS staked has held up in value.
My week's earning on Hive is a nice 76 Hive Power from both writing and curating.
At this rate if I go through a month its a nice 300 Hive Power or 3,600 Hive Power annually. This is to say I have to consistently post and remain active, not passive income.
The curation portion is mostly passive income since I follow Hive trails votes from other Hivers. I may need to adjust the trail votes as it seems I am only yielding a little under 5.7% APR.
On peakd.com estimates of curation rewards can go as high as 10% APR. This will help my passive earnings as I continue to stake Hive.
Moving ahead I continue to stake Hive as aggressive as I can. Meanwhile build liquidity for my next steps in Splinterlands of staking SPS. I look forward to reviewing my progress in month of November.
