RE: Splinterlands | Investment or Game (Part 1)

in LeoFinance5 years ago

With evolution comes some growing pain. When Splinterlands first came out there were standards people had and since upgrades were made many have been lowered. Whether its earning rewards or DEC down to how to achieve higher ranks it evolved as the game got updated. The game has its flaws but its the community that makes it rich.

I totally agree with the poor distribution of land plots. Come to think the developers should have limited the amount of lands able to purchase by individual because that way better odds of providing a more distributed share of ownership and control in the community. Rather the ones who have a ton invested corner the market and likely will elevate prices of the plots to maintain control or earn back their principal. Not that this is wrong but I always thought Splinterlands was worth its weight in gold due to the part it has such a great community of players. I hope not too many leave and future players who join appreciate what the Splinterlands community has become.
