Yes I did that on INLEO. But have not received any RC or HP delegations.
And my account still shows 0.00000

By the way, you do have resource credits. Just not too many yet. You will have to eventually power up some HIVE to get more RC. If you write up an introductory blog post you will likely get a bit of HP!
